The Chilton is filled with design trends that are here to stay! Enter through the foyer, and you’ll find a well-planned, private area to work or study. This could also serve as a guest room with an option to add a door to the adjoining bathroom. Directly ahead, the heart of this home; a great room with 13 ft. beamed ceilings, wood plank fireplace, and an abundance of natural light. The kitchen and dinette open up to this great room; creating this inviting layout.

The Chilton kitchen has a large center island workstation and hidden “messy kitchen” pantry design. By keeping the “messy” out of the kitchen you are free to entertain and use one common dining area without the need to have that “formal” room that gets used only a handful of times. The Chilton showcases an optional screen porch this year! This feature has been so popular because we can add a room like this to almost any home we build!

The primary suite, located on the main level, is private from all other bedrooms. It has its own en-suite, featuring an oversized tile shower, dual vanity, and private toilet area. 10 ft. ceilings in the walk-in closet let you be creative with your organization. One of our favorite rooms in the Chilton is the laundry/mud room. This area is staged to show you how we’ve made a simple design change that will make the neighbor dog howl with envy. A custom home built for your furry companion, along with their very own full view door so that they can check out what’s going on outside.

Venture upstairs and you’ll find three bedrooms, which share a bathroom off the loft. Open the small door and toss your laundry down the chute!
